These are the new updated policies for Kingdom Styles Hair Salon: As of July 1,2020. Each guest will need to fill out the client consultation form before you can receive an appointment. We are now requiring for a credit/debit card to be put on file for all appointments. All cancellations must be done at least 48hrs before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel in that timeframe will result in a late cancellation/non-cancellation fee of your appointment. Your deposits will be as follows: Services under $100 require a $25 deposit, any services over $100 you will need to pay 50% of the service.( This policy can change.) Any service under $25 that is not cancelled, will be charged $25.
All Chemical appointments $100 or more will need to pay a 50% deposit by allowing the salon to charge your card you have on file. ( Some cases may be handled differently when communicated with your stylist.) Each stylist has their preferred way to collect their deposits. This is a PERMANENT rule we have put in place. Your deposit goes towards your service, we will deduct the amount and you will pay your balance at the end of the service. This is to ensure the slot is a definite paid spot.
We have strict rules we have to follow that are for your/our safety. They are listed below:
New rules and policies for the salon: Once you have arrived please text or call your stylist to inform them that you have arrived. When you arrive, please stay in your car until we come out to get you. Once we have checked your temp, then we can proceed inside to wash hands and fill out a consent form on the website. Before leaving you can wash or sanitize your hands again.
We have the right to refuse servies
● NO food or drinks
● NO handbags/ backpacks/large bags
● NO EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED (including children) Only the guest that will be having a service rendered will be allowed to stay.
● Mask MUST be worn AT ALL TIMES ( Even while taking your pictures after your service is complete. If you prefer your mask off in your pictures, you will need to take your pictures outside of the salon.)
● ANYONE that enters the salon, MUST get their temperature checked.
● If your child is getting serviced, you must drop them and wait in the car or come back to pick them up.
● Please sit in the chair that you are assigned to.
* Once you book your appointment services can NOT be changed. Nothing can be added at the last minute UNLESS we have time to do any add ons.
We are running on a tight schedule. It is VERY important everyone is ON TIME, 10 mins can potentially put us 30-40 mins behind. So we are asking everyone to please BE ON TIME!!!! If we are running behind on time, we will contact you by text or call to push your time back. We are only allowed to work on 1 ( one) client at a time, so PLEASE be patient with us. ( This may change with the Phases of the state).
If you work with covid patients or have come in contact with a patient, family member/friend. Service has to be DENIED until you can show proof of a negative covid test. If you have tested positive for covid 19, we need 2 negative test results in order to schedule your appointment. Also if anyone in the home has: Runny nose, Cough, Sore throat, Fever that can possibly be covid related, Within the last 2(two) weeks we have to DENY services. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We know that change can be difficult. Please call or text if you have any questions.
